- NOTE: In order to participate
in the final test, you must turn in at least two thirds of the home
- Weekly home exercises to
be submitted in pairs.
- At least 2/3 of
exercises must be submitted in order to be eligible for a course grade.
- You will be given a
serial number, exercises without this serial number, will not be accepted.
(If you did not get one, see me for your serial number).
- No late exercises will

- 2 Teaching Assistants
will be available on the lower floor of the
computer farm. See their schedule here.

- Lessons will be
conducted using accompanying course pages. Please download and print these
pages in PDF format or in
Microsoft word format. You must bring them to every lesson.

- There are online
resources in abundance for Java programming and technologies. One of the
major sites that provides Java resources belongs to SUN, the company that
developed Java. Click here to link to SUN's site: http://java.sun.com/.
- At the bottom right of
SUN's Java home page, there is a list of other resources.
- It is highly recommended
to backup your individual work
- Please remember that
power breaks do happen and computers do hang up quite often... Therefore,
save your work frequently and not just when you leave the room or switch
to another application!
